Have classwork to assign your Group? Post your ideas, files, and homework using the post bubble that is located at the top of your center panel on your Edmodo Homepage.
To post a new assignment to one or more groups, follow these instructions.

To post a new assignment to one or more groups, follow these instructions.
1. Select the “Assignment” tab located in the post bubble at the top of your Edmodo Homepage.
2. Fill out the following details for the Assignment:

- Assignment title
- Description of the Assignment
- Due date (set by clicking on the calendar icon
3. Click in the Send to field to choose which group you would like to receive the Assignment.
4. Click “File”, “Link” or “Library” to attach any items to supplement the Assignment.
5. Choose to Send Now or Scheduled:

- Send Now: Clicking the "Send" button will send the post immediately (posts will appear on the communication stream in the order they were sent).
- Scheduled: Clicking the "Scheduled" icon will automatically send the post at the chosen time at the top of the hour (make sure the timezone settings are the same for teachers and students).
- The difference between a Post and an Assignment is that in order to create an Assignment, the teacher must input a Due Date.
- The students receive the post with a Submit button.
- Assignment information and grade after submission will be recorded automatically to teacher's gradebook
